On 25 November 2025, one of the experts of the Rule of Law Empowerment (ROLE) Association delivered a keynote lecture to magistrate students at Sciences Po in Paris.

The lecture, entitled “Legal Aspects of the Nagorno-Karabakh Conflict: Why It Is Not a Territorial Dispute”, explored the complex legal framework surrounding the conflict, offering students an in-depth analysis that highlights key issues under international law.
