On 20 March 2026, representatives of ROLE participated in the biennial meeting organized by the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) with non-governmental organizations and litigators.

The meeting served as a forum for constructive dialogue between the Court and civil society actors on recent developments, institutional practices, and challenges affecting proceedings before the ECtHR. Participants discussed a range of issues, including procedural matters, developments in the Court’s work, and concerns arising from legal practice and human rights litigation.

ROLE welcomed the opportunity to engage in this dialogue and contribute to discussions on the effective protection of human rights and rule of law.
